SumUp gift cards are a quick and easy way to buy gift cards online. It’s a simple process when you click ‘Buy Gift Voucher’ you’ll be sent a confirmation email with a unique code which you redeem with us directly.
If it is a surprise DON’T click the ‘is it for someone else box’, they will get immediate notification that you’ve purchased it. If you’d rather collect or receive a voucher in the post, use my ‘Contact Me’ and you can pay by bank transfer or I can send you the online payment link.
When does the voucher need to be used by?
Within 3 months of purchase. Those vouchers purchased specifically for Christmas 2023 must be in use by 31st March 2024 and are valid for 6 weeks from that start date. The voucher becomes invalid 6 weeks after the initial class or lesson, unless prior arrangements made and agreed with Savoy Entertainment.
Once I have paid what will happen?
You will receive confirmation from SumUp and following Savoy Entertainment receiving confirmation of payment, you will be emailed your voucher.
How long is a class? Can the gift voucher user just turn up?
One class is 60 minutes, please refer to our ‘Lessons’ page to see which class you would like to attend, the gift voucher user can just turn up, alternatively contact Jo to discuss any questions they may have.
Is there a specific start date? Is it a course?
It doesn’t matter when you start your first class (as long as it’s within the 3 month purchase date or before 31/3/24 if it’s being given for Xmas 23) the voucher is then valid for 6 weeks. It’s not a course as such because it’s not the end of the world if you miss a week but you will experience all 10 Ballroom and Latin dances if you dance for 5 consecutive weeks.
How many people can attend a Private Lesson and how long is it?
Private Lessons are 60 minutes and 1 or 2 people can attend, they can only be booked directly with Jo.
Do you do refunds?
No, I’m sorry, Savoy Entertainment do not offer refunds, unless under exceptional circumstances, which are at the discretion of Savoy Entertainment.
